Apollonic Capital

Capital that takes responsibility.

We finance transitions: from the founding generation to the next, from idea to company, from substance to scale.

Private equity with an operational mandate.

Apollonic Capital combines the discipline of an investment firm with the proximity of an advisory mandate. We structure transactions, provide equity and debt, and stay with leadership beyond closing.

Our focus is companies with a healthy core and untapped potential: solid customer relationships, predictable earnings, little digitalisation.

01 / CAPITALApollonic Capital — capital that carries transitions.

Our three types of capital

Apollonic Capital is not a fund and not a collective investment scheme. We make three types of capital accessible and work with them — each in standalone transactions structured by individual contract under the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Legal notice: Apollonic Capital operates neither a collective investment scheme under the Swiss CISA nor a licensed financial service. Participations are established solely by individual contract between the parties involved (Swiss Code of Obligations), are addressed to professional and qualified investors, and constitute neither a public offering nor investment advice.
